Shipping Policy (Australia Only)
All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post (tracked).
1. Pre-orders
Luxé Aural is currently available via pre-order.
• Estimated dispatch: July 2026
• Dispatch timing is an estimate and may change due to production timelines. If timing changes, we will notify you by email.
• Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available (unless otherwise stated).
2. Processing time (in-stock items)
For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
3. Delivery timeframes (after dispatch)
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates only.
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
4. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over AUD $98, otherwise AUD $9.95
• Express Shipping: AUD $14.95
5. Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
6. Shipping delays
While we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (including carrier delays, weather events, or public holidays).
7. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@luxeaural.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will work with Australia Post to assist and ensure the matter is resolved.
8. Address changes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
