Welcome to Luxé Aural. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and the purchase of any products from Luxé Aural, owned and operated by Eikonic R&D Pty Ltd.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Orders and pre-orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

• You are providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information

• You authorise Luxé Aural to charge the payment method provided at checkout

Pre-orders

If you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that has not yet been dispatched.

• Estimated dispatch timing will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout

• Dispatch timing is an estimate and may change due to production timelines

• If timing changes, we will notify you by email

• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase

• Pre-orders are fully refundable at any time prior to dispatch

 

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

 

3. Shipping

Shipping is currently available within Australia only, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

4. Returns and refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards for oral care products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (including text, images, product names, trademarks, logos, designs, and branding) is the property of Luxé Aural / Eikonic R&D Pty Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

7. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• misuse this website

• attempt to interfere with its security or functionality

• use the website for unlawful purposes

• copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the website without permission

 

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxé Aural is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

This does not exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

 

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
